Dr Daniel Ong
MBChB, MRCGP, FRACGP
Dr Ong is a specialist general practitioner with experience across general practice and family medicine in the UK and Australia. He completed his medical degree at the University of Manchester and undertook specialist training in Scotland before relocating to Australia in 2024, where he achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He works in community clinic settings, supporting patients with a wide range of health needs.
He has a strong interest in chronic disease management, general medicine and paediatrics, as well as men’s health, care of older adults and palliative care. Dr Ong supports patients across all stages of life, from children and families to adults and older patients, including those with more complex or ongoing health needs.
Dr Ong takes a patient‑centred approach, focusing on continuity of care, clear communication and building long-term relationships. He works closely with patients to understand their health, family context and goals, providing practical, personalised care that supports long-term wellbeing. He speaks English, Mandarin and Malay, helping him connect with a diverse patient community.
Dr Matthew Berry
MRCGP MB BChir MA
Matt graduated from the University of Cambridge School of Clinical Medicine in 2018, before training in East Cheshire NHS Trust. He is originally from Newcastle upon Tyne in the north east of England, and there he completed his GP training in 2024 with the Northumbria Foundation Trust. He is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (UK).
Matt enjoys the variety that General Practice brings, especially focusing on good communication, clinical complexity, and continuity of care. His special interests include minor surgeries and joint
injections.
Dr Danmin Zhu
MBBS FRACGP G.D Reprod Sc
Dr Danmin Zhu is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She enjoys the diversity of general practice and the satisfaction of providing good continuity of care for her patients. Her special interests include women’s health, sexual health and children’s health.
Danmin also speaks Teo-Chew, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Dr Elizabeth Matovu
MBBS FRACGP MPH
Dr Liz obtained her primary medical degree from Must University in Uganda in 2002. She completed further postgraduate training in Australia by obtaining a Masters in Public Health from the University of Melbourne 2008. She has also completed a diploma in Child Health with Sydney Child Health Program Westmead. And most recently attained a fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dr Liz has special interests in internal medicine , child health, women’s health, mental health, adolescent health and palliative care.
Dr Declan Green
MBBS FRACGP MBA
The Director and Owner of the Advocate Medical Group is the principal doctor at BPMC. He is responsible for setting the high standards of patient care expected of the doctors and staff employed at the Centre. Declan is passionate about ensuring all staff have solid communication and interpersonal skills and will be recruiting general practitioners to the centre as the demand grows.
Declan graduated from Monash University in 1995 with First Class Honours. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and holds a Masters in Business Administration from the prestigious Kellogg School of Management in Chicago, USA.
